Marriott Brings "Spirit of Aloha Tour" to Levine Children's Hospital

Hula dancers and singers perform in the Atrium at Levine Children's Hospital.

Marriott’s 2010 Spirit of Aloha tour made a stop at Levine Children’s Hospital on Saturday, January 30.  Despite icy conditions and freezing temperatures, Hula dancers, Hawaiian singers and even a “lei” ceremony helped warm up the hearts of children and families at the hospital.

Spirit of Aloha is a 12-city month long traveling road show that brings the vibrant sights and sounds of Hawaii to children’s hospitals throughout the U.S. The tour, which kicked off January 11, is a 5,530-mile journey aboard a 45-foot-long tour bus emblazoned with colorful images of Hawaii.

Marriott is a longtime corporate supporter of Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) and its 170 affiliate children’s hospitals, including Levine Children’s Hospital. Locally, Marriott has raised more than $50,000 over the past three years for CMN in support of Levine Children’s Hospital.
